1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aesthetics 360 Thinkific platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies made available on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All material on this Platform, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, assessments, course notes, and downloadable content, is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing contained within the Platform constitutes or should be interpreted as:

• Professional medical advice;

• A substitute for hands-on clinical training;

• A certification of clinical competence;

• A clinical endorsement or guarantee of treatment results.

3. Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Aesthetics 360 (Pty) Ltd, Dr. Nicolette Potgieter, and all contributors to the Platform disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for:

• Any injury, damage, loss, or claim arising out of the use or misuse of content provided through this Platform;

• Any reliance placed on clinical techniques or protocols demonstrated;

• Any patient outcomes following application of the knowledge gained through this Platform.

By enrolling in and participating in any course, you acknowledge:

• You are a qualified medical professional or trainee operating within the scope of your local regulatory authority.

• You accept full responsibility for verifying treatment protocols, dosages, and product usage in line with current medical guidelines and product licenses in your country.

• You indemnify Dr. Nicolette Potgieter and Aesthetics 360 (Pty) Ltd from any claims, liability, or damages resulting from patient treatment or outcomes based on the educational material provided.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While our courses are designed to enhance your knowledge and practical understanding, Aesthetics 360 makes no guarantees regarding:

• Career or business outcomes;

• Skill acquisition without hands-on supervision;

• Patient satisfaction or clinical success.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property on the Platform is owned by Aesthetics 360 (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, share, reproduce, modify, or distribute any course material without prior written permission.

Access is granted solely to the registered user, and logins may not be shared. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and ethically. You must not:

• Misrepresent your qualifications;

• Distribute harmful or malicious content;

• Disrespect or harass other users or instructors;

• Upload unauthorized content or patient data.

7. Payments, Refunds & Access

Access to paid content is granted upon successful payment. Payment plans and subscriptions must be honored in full. No refunds will be issued once course content has been accessed.

Access periods and expiration dates may vary per course. Aesthetics 360 reserves the right to withdraw or update course content at any time without liability.

8. Certification

Certificates of completion issued via the Platform are not a substitute for CPD-accredited, regulator-approved certifications unless explicitly stated.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

Aesthetics 360 (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
